Lymphatic Detox Bodywork is an integrated application of several massage, bodywork and detox procedures designed to support the health of the lymphatic, immune, and circulatory systems which further influence the overall health of the body.
The procedure is 1 hour in duration and consists of the following activities:
30 minutes of combination deep tissue, lymphatic, and reflexology massage and bodywork techniques, plus 30 minutes of compression boot therapy with Hyperice Normatec cutting edge technology.
INDICATIONS FOR LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE THERAPY
Symptoms that may indicate a need for lymphatic drainage treatments include swelling, especially in the limbs or abdomen, feelings of heaviness or fullness, and difficulty with movement. Other signs include tight clothes or jewelry, skin changes like tightness or thickening, and pain or itching. Additionally, general symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and digestive problems can also suggest a lymphatic system needing support.
Other signs to know if I need lymphatic drainage?
